Pregnancy is a process that starts from the stage of conception until the birth of the fetus. The normal duration of pregnancy is 280 days or 40 weeks which is calculated from the first day of the last menstrual period (LMP). Pregnancy occurs physiologically and naturally but in the process it can become a problem or complication that at any time can endanger the lives of the mother and baby. Therefore, we need a way or solution to overcome these problems. The purpose of this study is to provide comprehensive midwifery care for physiological pregnant women using a midwifery management approach. The research method used is documentation using secondary data from midwifery care reports during midwifery practice on December 3, 2019 at PMB Diati, Kec. Pakis, Malang. The results of the care carried out on Mrs. "E" aged 19 years G1 P0000 Ab000 UK 30 weeks 5 days, namely the mother has no complaints but the mother's rest pattern is less than the normal limit so that the solution given is to regulate night sleep habits to be fulfilled properly The results of the study can be concluded that there is a gap between the theory and the case, namely the age of the mother and the pattern of rest. However, in general, the midwifery care for Mrs. "E" was in accordance with the standard of midwifery care. It is hoped that PMB can maintain and improve midwifery care services to maintain the quality and quality of services so that the care provided is in accordance with the operational standards of midwifery services.
